  1. their different types of labor system in the phil. it can be:

    contractual - duration of employment depend on the length of project that the person had sign in contract,

    daily laborer-is paid daily (no work no pay)

    temporary or permanent- it will be a long term employment. employees has a security of tenure.

    and casual-is depends on the temporary in nature depending on the urgency of the job assignment..
