    Albay Gulf:~

    Albay Gulf is a large gulf in the southern part of Luzon island, Philippines, at 13.1808333° N 123.9255556° E.

    The place has been one of the tourist spots in the province because of the frequent sightings of Butandings (whale shark) in the coastal areas. The government has then taken actions requesting concerned sectors to test if the available planktons which are eaten by sea creatures sufficient for their survival. In 1997, Butanding was once sighted in Donsol town in Sorsogon. Their presence made the town's tourism boom to earn the title "whale shark capital of the world."

    Davao Gulf is a gulf found in Mindanao in the Philippines. Davao Gulf cuts into the island of Mindanao from Celebes Sea. It is surrounded by all four provinces in the Davao Region. The largest island in the gulf is Samal Island. Davao City, on the gulf's west coast, is the largest and busiest port on the gulf. The bagobos, a tribe known in Davao, are living in the Davao Gulf. With the thrust of Davao City towards Information Technology and IT-Enabled Services (ITES), Davao City and the Davao Gulf area have also earned the monicker Silicon Gulf.

    The gulf is bounded on the north by the island of Samar, which is separated from Leyte on the west by the narrow San Juanico Strait, and on the south by Mindanao, separated from Leyte by the Surigao Strait. Dinagat Island partly encloses the gulf to the southeast, and the small Homonhon Island (notable as the first landfall of Ferdinand Magellan after completely crossing the Pacific. He had previously discovered Guam and resupplied there. That was his only landfall on the trans-Pacific voyage), sits astride the eastern entrance to the gulf. It is approximately 130 km (80 mi) north-south, and 60 km (40 mi) east-west.

    This area was also home to the largest naval battle of the second world war, the Battle of Leyte Gulf.

    Lingayen Gulf:~

    The Lingayen Gulf is an extension of the South China Sea on Luzon in the Philippines stretching 56 kilometres (35 mi). It is framed by the provinces of Pangasinan and La Union and sits between the Zambales Mountains and the Cordillera Central. The Agno River drains into Lingayen Gulf.

    Moro Gulf:~

    Moro Gulf is a gulf in Mindanao in the Philippines. It is part of Celebes Sea and is surrounded by the Zamboanga Peninsula and the central part of Mindanao. Sibuguey Bay and Illana Bay are its major branches. Zamboanga City is the most important port city on its coast. Cotabato City, on the eastern coast, is another major port.

    Panay Gulf:~

    Panay Gulf is an extension of the Sulu Sea, reaching between the islands of Panay and Negr0s in the Philippines. The gulf contains the island-province of Guimaras and extends into the Santa Anna Bay between Panay and Guimaras and into Gumarias Strait, between Guimaras and Negr0s. Guimaras Strait connects Panay Gulf with the Visayan Sea.

    The Port of Iloilo is the busiest port on the gulf, which is a major route used by ships plying the areas between Iloilo City, Bacolod City, and Zamboanga further to the south.

    Ragay Gulf is a large gulf in the southern part of Luzon island, Philippines, at 13.5894444° N 122.7294444° E. It is separated from the Sibuyan Sea by Bondoc Peninsula in the west.
