What is the largest structure built by animals (not humans) that most resembles a pueblo-like human dwelling?

I asked a question before regarding the most complex or largest habitat created by animals. I should have been more specific. I'm looking for the animal I saw on some nature show (possibly National Geographic) that build a structure that resembled a one-level pueblo-type dwelling. It was large, above ground, and possibly made of clay or some similiar substance. I tried wikipedia but couldn't find my answer there. This one has been buggin me for a while. And bonus points for the person who can name that nature show! lol

  2. its a termite. they can get to be quite large if undisturbed.

  3. wombats can build pretty extensive, impressive burrows. maybe you were watching "War of the Wombats"
