What is the latest news on spouse visa of Hsmp visa owners?

I am suppose to get married to a person who is working in England on Hsmp visa.So my concern is if he can take me along him on his visa status.i have tried to search on it but i am not clear on duration it will take.Pls help me!

Yes he can take you on board, provided he can prove he can support your stay with him, i.e.: he should be earning a salary that is sufficient for a couple to live with.

The fact that you can support the family by taking up employment (once you get to the UK) is only an assumption and cannot be used as a valid argument to show you can support yourself.

they do not post that information because they take their time to do anything.  I would suppect 6 months, but then again i am not familiar with England

if you give them his alien # and case # they *MIGHT* be able to tell you something other wise you will be waisting like $6 on a phone call
