  1. Nothing at the moment, it's still under review.

  2. When it's sorted out then everyone really will be hit with bank charges that are legal. The problem is, people like me who don't overdraw are the one's who will have to pay for the one's who can't manage their own finances.

It's all under review at the moment and could still take years to sort out.

  3. like i have said before (6 months ago) put your complaint in to the bank or the ombudsman, they cant process it til its all sorted. the longer you leave it the longer til you get your money back, as there is now a 6month Que!

  4. Just peaple from UK?  Buddy you just lost most of your possible audience.  Am I the only one that is offended by the "no yanks  please."

  5. I work for a bank and have lost track of the number of times I have spoken to customers who deliberately go overdrawn on their account and then refuse to pay the charges because they are "unfair".  They say they can't afford to feed their children because of high bank charges but when you look at their account history, all you see is on-line betting transactions and £70 monthly payments for Sky Sports.  Personally, I have no sympathy with them until they sort out their priorities.
