NFL Commissionar Roger Goodell is going to act on Brett Favre reinstatement going back to the NFL, meaning that the Green Bay Packers will have an Tuesday deadline to trade Brett Favre. and Goodell did this because he tired of it. and wants it to end so Green Bay must trade Brett Favre by Tuesday.
