What is the law in Colorado for boating and drinking?

I know in some states the driver can't but the others can. I just want to make sure that the others can. I don't plan to and I am the driver.

The way I read the Colorado regulations the operator can not be under the influence of alcohol or drugs.  It says nothing about your passengers not being able to drink.  But remember you are responsible for them too and too much can lead to your passengers not acting properly.  If you are the skipper then you are responsible for them and thier safety.
