What is the law in pennsylvania....?

i live in pa and my boyfriend and i are both under 18 but he is 2yr and 10months older is there a law against that...like if we did anything would he get in trouble

  1. The age of consent in PA is 16. If he is under 18, but 2yrs 10mths older than you, then you are less than 16. That means that you are under the age of consent.

    In PA, however, it is legal for someone 13 or older to have s*x with someone less than 4 years older than them. So if you are 13 and he's 2-10 older than you s*x is not illegal - but it is VERY, VERY unwise, and you REALLY should think again.

    Whether s*x is legal therefore depends on your actual ages. If, for example, you are 11 and he is 14, it's a crime - and a serious felony at that.

  2. So you are no older than barely 15.  That's illegal, he can be charged with statutory rape.
