What is the law on opening a strip club??

how would i get permission?? and what if i wanted to do a mobile stip service.. how do i go about to be on the right side of the law?? thanks

If alcohol is involved, you need a license for that.

Zoning laws apply too.

The way to be on the "right" side of the law is to be ultra discrete.

But even that you can't really control - see Elliot Spitzer, ex-gov of NY for how that can blow up on you big time no matter how careful you are as a business owner.

Laws about strip clubs are usually local (city) laws, so we can't really tell you what they are. Frequently there will be laws that say you have to be X distance from schools, churches, etc.
