  1. None. Zero. Nada. Try it and you WILL go to jail.

  2. You gat the answer on what is illegal,,,, and jail time you can have....

For Mexican citizens a gun in your house smaller than 8mm is legal as long as you have  a permit from the Army, and you can not take that gun anywhere out side your house, if they catch the gun in your car , even with a permit still a felony....trasporting any fire weapon is illegal too since you will need another permit to move it. (sport hunters use  this)

  3. Easy answer:

    ALL are ILEGAL.

There  are not any gun you can either carry nor transport without special permission from the mexican army; it means you must to be member of the army or a permission from there (almost imposible to get.)

In México it is ilegal to have fireweapons.

And the answer from "Big Bubba" is perfect.

  4. See site below.  Unless you are a licensed dealer with a contract with the police.....and even if you ARE...you would have to be out of your mind to try to take a gun into Mexico.  Pres. Calderon and the federales are on a holy tear right now to stop guns from being brought into Mexico.  If Pres. Calderon is your BROTHER and he personally told you you could do it...DON"T!

  5. You don't remember the Gringo that forgot to take a small box of bullets from his trunk from a gun show in Texas.  Last I heard of him was after he had been in prison 90 days.

If you feel the need for a weapon they are much easier to buy way down in Mexico.

I was at a American express office and the guard did not appear to have a gun.  I said "Donde esta su pistola?"  He lifted up his shirttail and exposed a 9 mil.  I asked him if he would sell it to me . No he said and pulled up his right pant leg and I can sell you this one.

I bought a 380 from two cops and had no problem.  They know me very well and live in the Barrio.

DO NOT GET CAUGHT AT THE BORDER WITH ANYTHING MORE LETHAL THAN A WATER PISTOL.
