  1. Check out this site http://www.eeoc.gov/types/pregnancy.html

  2. it depends on the state you live in. if you live in a state that is considered "at will employer", they dont need to give you a reason for firing you.

other reasons: after only 90 days, you arent performing as expected; you arent good enough at your job; you're a disruption; they have character issues with you; you lied on your resume; etc.

you CAN be fired for a medical condition if that medical condition impacts your ability to safely perform that job or operate in your work environment.

while no one can tell you your chances of getting fired since no one here is familiar with you or your workplace, you can almost certainly rest assured that they will not fire you for being pregnant. The intangible benefits of catering to expecting mothers and operating as a family-friendly business are beyond value especially when looking for new employees. firing a pregnant person for being pregnant simply doesnt make sense.

  3. unfortunately it's against the law.

  4. Your chances of being fired are very slim. Companies won't fire pregnant women. They won't fire you if you have a medical condition either. The reason why is because that would be discrimination, and discrimination is illegal. And if they did that, you could file a lawsuit against them and get a lot of money. So don't worry. You won't get fired.
