What is the law regarding having a first aider in an office of 22 people?

I was just wondering if in the Office we are required to have a first aider? Its an Office so its low risk but are there any laws stating that there must be a first aid certified person in the office?

It doesn't matter how small he office is,anyone can collapse and need first aid.

The legislation's are that a first aid box should be kept to hand,and maintained regularly.There should be a designated trained first aider,maybe 2 if one is absent. Risk assessments should be set up.
