What is the legal age for Double Eyelid Surgery? (Blepharoplasty)?

Hi, I'm just curious about how old you have to be to get double eyelid surgery. It might be different in other countries, but if its different ages, then I prefer the US, Canada, and China or Taiwan. Oh and how much does it cost usually? Like the average price range. Thanks!

I would have to say, with out parental consent, you are looking at the standard, 18 years of age....
