I think it's 18, but I don't know for sure.  What I saw was that in practice, it's like there's a legal drinking height instead.  If you're tall enough to put your money down on the bar, you'll probably get served.

18 is the legal age but the legal age really does not matter in Mexico! You can get away with drinking at a much younger age than 18 in Mexico
