  1. In most states there isn't a legal age for riding up front - but that doesn't mean its ok. There's lots of things that are legal but not safe. This is one of those. No child should be sitting in the front until they are 12-13 years old. They are safest in the back.

    I realized they have seriously stinky car seat laws! Sheesh! Just another example of law that needs to be updated b/c people often look to the law for what's safe and here, its not helping them.
