What is the legal age in ohio?

Question

im not sure if it is a state law, or a national law, but what is the legal age in ohio that you are no longer considered "underage"

and example would be if someone wanted to date a 25 year old, what age would u have to be for it to be legal?

im not dating anyone this age, i was just watching law & order and they were talking about someone being underage, so i was wondering wat the legal age is.

If you are 16, and a 25 year old guy wants to date you, I hope your dad shoots him.  The legal age ought to be, you = 21, and he = 22 or 23......

The legal age is 18, and its a federal law.  The age of consent is a state law, which is why it isnt the same across the nation.
