In england the legal age is 18 - I loved it when I went there at age 19 ;)

In all of the US it is 21. It is 18 in Mexico and I believe in Canada as well. If you can find a German embassy in Florida then you can drink at 16, but they would have to be selling alcohol which most German embassies aren't interested in except for the one in San Francisco that has a restaurant in it. You best bet is to either not drink or to find someone who will buy it for you (which is illegal so I would never recommend that).
