  1. any age if you have the permition of the privet land owner.....but the second you venture on to public property your braking the law,you get fined and the bike gets crushed

  2. 82

  3. You can ride on private land at any age, so I presume you want to go onto the road.

If the bike is registered as a moped (ie less than 50cc, and limited to a maximum 30mph), you can apply for a provisional licence, take your CBT and ride it with L-plates at 16.  To ride a 125cc, you need to be 17, and again take your CBT.  If it is any bigger than that, or you want to lose those L-plates, you will need to take a motorbike test, again which you can apply for at 17.

If the bike is not registered, then quite simply you can NOT ride it in public: Not on a road, or a footpath, or a car park, or across the park or anywhere!  Lots of parents buy their kids trials bikes, ATVs, minimotos or whatever, and think they're OK to let their little darlings head off along bridleways or where-ever.  It's not OK, not safe and not legal!  If you don't own a field, don't bother owning a bike!
