  4. Depends where.

  5. If you are in England, Wales or Scilly Isles then Dave e-w is the only correct answer.

The Licensing Act 2003 set out various rules.

There is NO set age to serve alcohol.

Some where in the chain of supervision there will be a 'personal licence' holder, for which you have to be 18 & pass an examination. A 'personal licence' holder can in turn authorise someone over 18yrs and in turn over 18yrs and personal licence holders can supervise ANY age of person. So you could end up with the rather ironical situation of a person as young as even 12 yrs of age serving alcohol, under supervision even though such a person would not be allowed unaccompanied into the licensed premises as a customer.

  7. 21. . . .

  8. Bartenders have to be 21+. Serves have to be 18 in some states and 21 in others.

  9. There isn't actually any required legal age.

  10. It depends on what the legal drinking age is in your state.
