  1. .08

  2. There is no legal limit, .08 is for a DWI (driving while intoxicated)

If your .01 then you can get DUI (Driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol) So the answer is ZERO Tolerance, trust me this happened to me

  3. if you have to ask...you probably had too many

  4. dont drink and drive otherwise you may end up on the rocks.

  5. .08 in most states..........

  6. If you are at .08 blood alcohol content or above, then you are above the limit.

Better not to drink at all.

  7. In the Unacceptable Sillyness of America (USA):

Below .04 is usually legal if you are over 21.

Between .04 and .08 is "driving while ability impaired".

Between .08 and .10 is "driving while intoxicated" if it is a vehicle that is supposed to stay on the ground, but may be legal if it is an airplane!

Above .10, it is illegal to operate either one.

If you are under 21, drinking at all, whether or not you drive, is illegal.

  8. .00 if your smart!!!  most States are .08 b.a.c. which is less than 1 beer, or 1 oz. of whisky per hour, depending on your body weight... safer not to drink at all while driving !!
