I know that u don't need a passport, does that mean you still have to be 21?

  1. You have to be 18 to legally drink in Puerto Rico, not 21. It is unfortunate for me to say that I have seen plenty of places where they serve the alcohol to minors with enough bravado to step up to the bar and "act" like they are old enough to be drinking... It's not everywhere, and self-respecting bar owners will know better... but at "Fiestas Patronales" and other pubs, I've seen it happen...

  2. 21 legally

  3. 18 years old!

but if you go to a cantina(liquor store) you can be 13 and still you can get alcohol!!

  4. 18

but ive seen little town stores selling ciggs and drinks to teens without even asking for an ID. When I was 10 years old I bought a whole box of ciggs for my aunt, she just gave me the money and I bought it in a small store, and the owner didnt even ask me or told me anything, I was shocked.

  5. 18, most places won't ask for an id...

btw in Puerto Rico it's called a "bar" or "pub", nobody says "cantina", I believe that would be a term used in Mexico..
