What is the legal drinking age in St. Thomas?? i have heard it is 21 and 18... what is the real answer?

  3. That is incorrect it is 18.

    There is no Highway system in the Virgin Islands.  States are made to set the drinking age at 21 because they risk loosing highway money. Being it is an island...it is not a concern. The drinking age is 18.

    You should see signs be 18 or Be Gone.
