  1. Most states are 21, but it depends on which state you are in.  It is run by state not federally.  The virgin islands I believe is 18 (not 100% sure though)

  2. US Virgin Islands and British Virgin Islands, the drinking age is 18.

On the mainland of the US it's mostly 21 years old.

    BVI: 18

  8. From the VI Code:

The owner of any nightclub, bar or dance hall holding a license to dispense alcoholic beverages pursuant to Title 27, section 302, Virgin Islands Code, shall prominently display a sign which clearly states that it is a violation of law for alcohol to be sold to any person under the age of eighteen (18).

I don't have any information on the BVI code, but I can tell you the legal drinking age is 18 there too.
