you need to talk to your lawyer about the kids sleeping arrangements and custody. You seem to have real issues with your ex. If you think the 10 year old is abusing the little girl, do what you have to do to protect her. But don't throw unsubstantiated charges around to hurt the little boy.

Legally their is nothing wrong with it. But the department of Social Services will frown upon it. Because of gender, the age is too far apart.

Of course there isn't any law against adolescent siblings sharing a bedroom.

Nothing illegal about it.  I have know people that have had 4 or more kids in the same bedroom.  Its not about what you got, Its about what you make out of what you got.
