What is the legally allowed amount of bio fuel to be used on road mixed with diesel?

the bio fuel is waste oil treated and then to mix with deisel if required to do so

  1. You can use 100% biofuel.  There are no regulations against it and it works just as well.


  2. you can run up to 100% BD  (B100) legally.

  3. If you're talking about biodiesel, it's not regular vegetable oil, it's vegetable oil mixed with methoxide (which is methanol and lye). Mixing it with that makes the glycerin which makes the oil thick float, the liquid is drained and sold. It is usually not sold straight because it would be too expensive. It is usually mixed with dinodiesel to reduce costs, but there is no laws about it. There is a tax break for diesel mixed with biodiesel and I would imagine that the break would increase as the concentration of biodiesel increases, but I don't know.
