Well it could be similar to a normal person, the question is, how do they think? do they still think like a normal person or like a mental health patient? I have talked to a lot of mental health workers and they are so different they way they talk and think.

Life expectancy is usually health and physical condition related. They take into account family members life and so on. Mental health work is typically not a high risk job that shortens life expectancy. Those type jobs are firefighter, police officer, and other dangerous jobs. In this case your occupation should not have an affect on life expectancy!
