One thing for sure is because of the lifestyle in Malaysia ... we eat relatively more oily food and we exercise less than the Australians ... but then we are not Malaysian if we abandoned the nasi lemak, roti planta, curry fish head, Penang Kuey Teow, goreng pisang and what not lah ... lol

Well it's a known fact that men die a lot sooner than women so life expectancy should be approximately 65 years (?!)

Then again in today's world & ever changing lifestyles, living past the age of 50 is considered quite an accomplishment - one should truly feel blessed!
