  1. depends on how advanced the cancer is, wot the ill health was, how far into the radiotherapy they were, if they will eventually carry on with the radiotherapy etc etc. honestly i dont think anyone can give u an answer, but if this is a personal issue, u should ask ur doctor the next course of action. u wont get a definitave answer on here im afraid as nobody knows all the details. sorry.

  2. I should think this would depend on the individual, everyone is different. Anything between weeks and  years i suppose.

Sorry i cant help, but only  the patients doctor could tell you that.

  3. I so much want to give you a positive answer with hope but I can't. The hospital will give you all the information help and support. They did for me when my wife was diagnosed as terminal. It was a long time ago now though

  4. It depends on the kind of cancer they have, the stage, what kind of treatment they had or they are on and how far did they get in their radiation treatment.

  5. i had chemo and radiotheraphy last year for throat cancer.out of the 2 treatments the radiotheraphy affected me more and we had a couple of times when they would let me have a day off due to ulcers in my mouth and throat and burns on my neck.i am happy to say that it worked and i am in remission.
