  2. Mostly mundane. That's where the bread and butter is. Like any other job. But, you do get opportunities to be creative.

    If you're smart, talented, and know how to take advantages of  opportunities, then you can get real creative!

Well, when you are starting out, most likely 100% of the assignments given to you will be somewhat 'drudge' work, as you will be asked to design a basic building, such as a garage or something along those lines. As you progress in that profession, if you stand out from the crowd not only in talent but in attitude, you will most likely start getting offers for jobs that may allow you to change structures to your taste.
