What is the life size career of a CIA agent?

i know that no one can answer this question accurately, but i just want to know since i saw on the net that the maximum age for an operation officer is 35..

A government worker who does paperwork; or processes information; or analyzes and collates data gathered in the filed; works in IT; or works in foreign relations. There are an *extremely* small number of spies like on TV and movies - most of those are ex- special forces or ex-military personnel who can speak more than one foreign language, or who can plausibly carry off pretending to be another nationality - often they are foreign nationals who work in another country's government. Most such spies are very unassuming and average-looking people, who would not stand out in a crowd or be memorable in any way. Not at all like TV or the movies.

i think that you leave your family behind and leave it in the past and you barely see them also like on burn notice you will be watching every exit in a place seeing what people you are seeing in a relationship and trying to figure out what they are doing so it hurts your relationship and trust skills.
