What is the life span of a Psilocybe cubensis mushroom out in the wild?

I'm just wondering 'cause it rained yesterday, but it hasnt rained today, and i was wondering if they would still be out tonight even if it doesnt rain today.

  1. About 5 minutes after I find a faceful of them.

    I don't think the rain itself is as important to them as the ground being moist.
