    EDIT: Sliver...That link seemed OK to me. I deleted it as it wanted to DL some file, it didn't do that when I looked at it the 1st time, sorry about that.

    BTW, there are weight weenies all over and it's so easy to go sub uci weight - check out the weight weenie site they have the cut-off on the listings. The super light bikes are not race worthy though they are ridable.

    Edit:  To answer the question, UCI has lower weight limits, so there hasn't been much development below that point (15 lbs?) .    If I remember correctly, one of the TDF teams a couple years ago (Discovery or Phonak?) had to add weights to their team bikes because their sponsoring manufacturer had gone too far.
