  1. artificial sweetners are horrible for you.your better off substututing for honey, raw brown sugar from hawaii..all natural sugar substitues the fake stuff is bad..


  2. The FSA will have an answer, but I say none.

    Aspartame is a horrible carcogen in my educated opinion.

  3. it depends on what you use. Aspartame and Saccharin both get bitter when heated Splenda can be used just like sugar it measures the same. Xylitol also measures just like sugar but,  will give you the runs if you consume more than 2 tsp or a tbs. at once. its a great laxative. different sweetners have different limits. I am only familiar to Xylitol since thats what i use most
