What is the link to the Trick s*x Quiz?

There is a quiz where your friends fill out things like how many people you have slept with blah blah blah and when they click submit to find their results their quiz gets sent to you the person that gave them the link. I had it like 2 years ago but can't find it again. Can someone...anyone help?

you go on it and get your unique test link, then send that link to all your friends and tell them its a love quiz, and then you just sit back and laugh your *** off when your friends discover that's it's actually a trick =]
