What is the little flap for on the front bumper of a ford fiesta?

Came out of work today and noticed mine had been stolen !!! what is it for? I can now see a pipe that something can be attached too but i have no idea what it is for. Any ideas?

  1. its most likely for a hook that attaches to it in case you need to be towed..


  2. Look for the spare wheel, there should be a towing hook with the tool kit.

    Remove the flap and s***w the tow hook in.

  3. its for the towing eye to s***w into.the other half should be in the boot.

  4. It could have fallen off it is for your towing EYE.

  5. it is a cover for the towing point that is missing

    if your car needs towing the tow rope will go on the hook  

  6. Behind the flap is the strong-point into which a towing eye can be screwed, if you should ever need to tow the car.
