  1. 8 days.

    That woz enuff 4 me.

Spent just under $2000 on tequila & rum.

    mmmmmmmmmmmmmmm...

  2. I have been on a couple 12 day cruises and one 14 day cruise.  But I have three 15 day cruises coming up, including a Pacific crossing.  I do not get bored on long cruises because In addition to getting off for tours at port stops, I use the gym, pools and hot tubs daily and then like to find a quiet spot to read.  And then too I just like sitting on the balcony or a deck and watching the water and day go by. I don't need to be doing something all day.  There is usually plenty enough to keep me busy for a few hours in the evening and then I don't have a problem just going to bed early.

  3. 7 days is the longest I have been on.

Would love to go on the Atlantic crossing.

I like going to the ports, but sometimes find it all so rushed. Would love to just enjoy the ship, eat, sleep and relax, eat, people watch, eat

  4. I was on an 18 day cruise with Msc. The worst part of the cruise was the 5 day Atlantic crossing because it got pretty boring. But if you have the time and money to go on a 102 day cruise then that would be an awesome adventure!

  5. 15 day cruise

There is soooo much to do!   There are classes (we took photography/tech workshops, ukelele lessons)  there are groups that meet (one group was grandmoms brag meeting...very funny) there are trivia contests, card games, movies, great library, internet rooms, shopping, shows, and just plain meeting new people around the deck or pool.  Once you are in port, there are many excursions to choose from, or you can set out on your own.  I spent time the evening before researching.  I loved exploring the ship and just plain sitting on the balcony enjoying the ocean breezes.  I would go on a 102 day cruise in a heartbeat!  I would not have to cook, clean, work, or worry.  Love it!

  6. We have been on 3/cruises. The longest was w/ Princess - 10 days in the W. Carribean. (We travelled 7/days on Royal to the Eastern Carribean and 3/days on Carnival to Mexico from Los Angeles).

102/days sounds like a lot - but if you have the time and $$$, I would say you probably won't be bored. The nicest (well, BEST) thing about cruising is that:

    -you unpack/pack 1x

-no worries about "navigating" or getting lost

-you can do as much or as little as you want

-you go to sleep in one port/or on the open sea, & can wake up in an entirely different place (very EXCITING)

-there are so many things to see and do on the ship

-you are assured of maintaining the quality of food and sleeping conditions of your vacation....and it is all prepayed for (only acception is usually alcoholic beverages).

Cruising is a fun and relaxing advenure. Our family enjoys it so much, that we sometimes forget that we also want to "tour England", and visit D.C. and the Grand Canyon;)

My mother-in-law cruises also. She took a neat European cruise....it was themed something like 20 countries in 12 days. She had a great time and saw so much!

    Happy "trails" !!!

  7. 7... well thats almost 102

I've been on five 7 day ones and one 4 day

the 4 day sucked especiall 'cause it was disney

  8. exactly 0 seconds!

  9. You sure got some ffunny answers here. I have been on a 29 day cruise from Australia to Los Angeles, last year. I hope to some day go on a world cruise, but we have a dog and I don't think at this time I could leave him for over 3 months. It would sure take a lot of planning to do too. Oh, all the cruises I have been on have been with Princess, 8 so far. When you are on a ship for 29 days, there is some boredom, but we had a lot of sea days. It was a repositioning cruise. The world cruise with princess, I think would not be too boring with all the ports you go to. I have a relative who is the captain of a ship called "The World". You actually buy a condo on the ship 1 year at a time. That is your home. The price is well over 1 million dollars though.

  10. 7 days was the longest.  Would love to do a 11 or 14 day cruise one day.

  11. 7 years

  12. 20 years with colombus

  13. I've been on about 30(lost count) P&O cruises with the longest being 28 days.

I would love to do a world cruise but as I now have a dog I don't go away for more than 3 weeks.

The idea of long days at sea really appeals--spending much of the time  deciding what NOT to do.

Mind you I am British so a good book, comfy lounger and the prospect of afternoon tea  is all I need.
