I would say about 9/10 hours. Sometimes everyday in the summer. By the end of the summer i had a really dark tan, but mostly on my arms. It was worth it though.

I can probably get away with about 2 hours straight of hard, full-on handball, but everyone is different. Don't push yourself too far, you'll end up with tennis elbow, strained shoulders and you can get very dehydrated, even if you try and drink while you're playing. Doing any of those things will really limit the frequency with which you can play, which would be a great shame.

It also depends on your opposition. Playing against rubbish people always helps me last longer... :)
