as long as there are no leaks in the system where air can be sucked in and bleeding is being performed correctly 99 times out of 100 on a car it shouldn't take longer than an hour.

It took me 6 hours to bleed all four on a Camaro.  Of course, I had a couple beers and talked with the neighbor for a bit.

it took my friend and me at least 1/2 day once. there was a air pocket in the lines and we had trouble getting it out.
