There is no single 'right' answer to this question.

It depends on what rules you use to determine if something should be considered as a word - ie do you include place names, chemical names, whether they are in 'major' dictionaries and so on.

It is a place name, and was spoken very quickly in the opening credits of the "Kenny Everett Video Show"
