    A 5 year old is not going to have the same amount of calories as a 25 year old(:

  4. it depends on the amount of physical activity and ur gender...Men require more calories then women as a general rule...

    Sedentary man= 2000-2400kcal

    sedentary woman= 1500-2000kcal

    and it increases with the physical activity...

  7. you can 0 to thousands.. its all depend on whether you wanna lose or gain weight.. but seriously, it depends on the person's age and weight, men and women also need different calories intake. Im 22 yrs old, 118 lbs and 5'3'' and i need 1500 cals a days to maintain my weight.
