I've just filled up my tank with $3.89/galloon somewhere here in North Hills, California (San Fernando Valley).

I can't believe this device really works. But if you want to drop your gas prices you are insane if you don't at least take a look at this site http://shorl.com/brihogrunytuhy. Chevron is the lowest here (ya I know..insane!) But it is $3.79 in the Olympia, Washington area!
