here in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, a liter of gasoline costs SR0.45 or roughly US$0.12 ... yes, 12 cents to a liter, less than a half dollar for a gallon of gas ...

unbelievable ... i came here 2004 and price per liter was then SR1.00 ... then in less than a year, it went down to SR0.90 ... and after two years, went down drastically to SR0.45 .. maybe next year, it will still go down, who knows .. a full tank of my Nissan sedan costs me only less than US$6.00 ...

am wondering where else could it be lower?
