  1. One dollar.

  2. On the Las Vegas Strip, in general the minimum at most casinos is $10. $5 tables are not hard at some of the smaller places, downtown, or off the strip. There are a few hole in the wall places that have $1 or $2 minimum tables as well.

A lot of the strip casinos now offer video roulette, which is actually statistically a better game than live roulette (it is a single zero wheel) and has lower limits than the live games.

Every casino I've ever been in outside of Nevada has had limits no less than $10 or $15.

  3. It depends where you go.  Some places, like the Tropicana in Las Vegas have electronic roulette.  It's not video roulette, because there is a real wheel.  You feed a machine with a touch screen with a few bills of your choice and your winnings are paid in a slip like slot machines.  You can place bets on the touch screen, which are usually $2-2.50 minimums.  The Fallsview Casino in Niagara Falls, ON are the only other place I've seen these, with similar minimums.  During peak hours, evenings and weekends, you're likely to see $10-15 minimums, $5 minimums are usually limited to morning hours during weekdays for regular tables.
