  1. Stress, bacteria, and hormones.

I would also say diet, but there's not enough research to say about the connection between diet and acne. But I notice that sometimes I break out after eating a certain food, and other times my face looks better after eating another, The diet-acne thing is a huge debate that's been going on for ages.

(Bacteria, is of course, from not washing your face. It builds up with dirt and oil and clogs your pores, causing acne.)

  2. Bacteria.

  3. Everyones skin is different but diet, sweat, and touching your face are all things you can control. Proactive is a really good product clears acne fast.

  4. -stressful situation

-not having a daily fase-washing routine

    -sweat

    -the sun (superisingly)

-everyone has breakouts at some time or another

    -touching your face too much

  5. There's a lot of causes for them. I'll list some.

    -Stress

-Not washing your face enough [basically for blackheads]

    -Sweat

-Being in the sun too much.

-Oils from your hair and skin [so if you have side-bangs, you might get break outs were your hair touches your skin or if you touch your face a lot]

  6. you are what you eat,

    disgusting fatty foods

  7. It's all in the diet. Maybe too much sugar.

  8. Diet has ALMOST nothing to do with this.  The main cause is most likely that your hormones are overreacting and the glands create more oil, thinking that the skin is dry.  Or you could have only some oil on your skin, and you consistently wash and scrub your face [which is obviously harmful] and the skin creates more and more oil thinking that you will automatically wash your face when maybe you don't have time to.

  9. the main couse is i think oil on your face and touching your face too much!
