What is the main differences between Labour and Concervative partys?

Although both government partys have there downsides and ups, What is the main differences between the Labour and the Conservative partys, and what would be the drastic change if conservative got in.

  1. Nu-Labour are a group of socialist/communist, PC, bleeding heart, pigs round the trough eating up tax payers money, who are fixated on creating an "Owellian" utopia.

    Conservatives are a group of esentionally capitalist, pigs round the trough eating up tax payers money

    Doesnt matter who gets in they are as bad as each other...

    With the above being said...if I had to choose...these days would choose the Conservatives,...the lessor of the two evils...

Not being from England, I would say the Labour party is more like the liberal democrats and the Conservatives are well republicans.   I believe labour is more socialistic and the conservative party is more capitalist.  hence the labour often raises taxes and conseratives tries to keep them lower.
