  1. One of the major themes is the struggle between individualism and collectivism. Rand draws a clear distinction between the "socialist/communal" values of equality and brotherhood and the "productive/capitalist" values of achievement and individuality.

  2. americas free

  3. p**p/

  4. Her main goal in writing these mammoth books were to espouse her philosophy of Objectivism.  Read about it here:

  5. It's about Individuality and how collectivism is a terrible way to live life. It starts with the main character who doesn't even know the singular tense "I" and only speaks in the plural tense. He lives in a communist society and by the end of the book he finds love, starts a new society and discovers "I" in an old book.

But seriously, it's only like 150 pages, are you really that lazy?
