What is the mars 2112 restaurant like? ...the one in ?

also, how are the prices? is it expensive?

and is it true you go in a ride to get to the dining area?

The prices are pretty normal for how great the place is. Yes but its not like a huge roller coaster it's very cute and that FL chick is wrong the food is great!

I've been there.  It's not great at all.  The food is lousy, drinks are boring, and the whole Mars theme is blah.  There is an automatic fee for the ride, even if you choose not to take it.  I think it was $5 when we went.  They have an arcade room also.  It's probably a neat place to bring kids, but other than that don't waste your time.   Bubba Gump is up the road, as is Planet Hollywood, etc.

it's EXTREMELY touristy, the atmosphere is pretty loud and hectic and the food isn't good.  I would truly ONLY recommend this place if you have kids with you - they will enjoy it.

I would recommend Hard Rock Cafe over Mars 2112 for a kind of touristy experience - at least at Hard Rock the burgers and wings are excellent.

Yes, you do go on a ride to get into the main restaurant.
