Although, I believe what you mean is Kendo, basically fencing.

All "martial arts" (art of war) was a development of weapon fighting first and worked it's way back to unarmed combat.

All of the Japanese martial arts (except maybe judo,) most of the Chinese martial arts (including Taiji), Bartitsu, there is a broad spectrum of "stick fighting" disciplines, all of the military martial arts.

I think you mean kendo.  Lots of martial arts use weapons.  Like eskrima and kung fu/wushu, etc.
