What is the mascot of Hideaway Pizza in tulsa?

Ok, I know the name of the mascot of Hideaway Pizza in Tulsa, Oklahoma. It is Kahuna. However what the c**p is it? Is it a ghost? Is it an alien? The employees at Hideaway Pizza couldn't even answer me that. All they knew was that its name was Kahuna. Any help of what the mascot is would be most appreciated. Maybe its origin...favorite food...you know, the usual. Thanks yahoo community.

I don't think it is anything.  I looked around and found a website of someone who made a sculpture for them and they didn't say what it was supposed to be other than the mascot.
