My diningroom chairs are ripped and I want to renovate them. I seen this material once, but I can't remember what it is called. it is sort of plastic on the front side and underneath it has some sort of strings crossed and glued for support. Thank you.

  1. Another is fabric backed, or not, vinyl. At all fabric sores.

  2. Could you mean 'naugahyde'?

Most fabric stores sell it by the yard, or you can order it online.

  3. That's fabric-backed vinyl or oilcloth, something like wipe-clean tablecloths are made of, but heavier and better quality.

You can buy it at large fabric stores, or online at http://www.fabric.com/home-decor-fabric-...

  4. Naugahyde. Cruelty free fabric
